Mr. Archit Rateria is a highly experienced and accomplished Project Management professional with a diverse background of projects from the initiation stage to planning with on-field execution and day-to-day monitoring & cost control of the project.

He has a strong educational foundation, with a Master of Science degree in Project Management from the U.K. and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai. In his quest to further enhance his knowledge and skills, he has also completed an Executive Program from IIM-Bangalore, one of the world’s premier business schools.

In his industry experience spanning over a decade, he has successfully driven a large number of business development efforts, won many projects, and executed them successfully as an engineering consultant. His multifaceted professional career spans diverse roles, ranging from Roads and Bridges,
High Rise buildings to Metro rail helping him gain invaluable experience in various sectors in the construction field.

In order to enhance his understanding of the planning, execution, and complexity of mega-construction projects, He joined Larsen & Toubro (L&T) – India’s largest construction organization and ranked among the world’s top contractors. He was an integral part of the planning team responsible for executing the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link. Throughout his involvement, he actively contributed in areas such as project scheduling, strategic procurement, contracts management, vendor relationship management, and risks and compliance management. His efforts led to the successful implementation of effective internal processes and cost optimization resulting in high-quality standards, improving project delivery timelines and enhancing the overall service criteria. His expertise in managing significant orders with domestic and international vendors has strengthened his proficiency in procurement and supplier management and resulting in on-time execution of work on site.

As a part of Business Development, he has a deep understanding of the entire lifecycle of consultancy in the construction sector. His expertise in lead generation, opportunity tracking, tender proposal preparation, negotiations, and bid coordination is unparalleled. He has effectively managed numerous ventures, providing a wide range of services across the project lifecycle such as feasibility studies, master planning, DPRs (Detailed Project Reports), detailed designs, and project management consultancies.
